PLEASE QUOTE ALL ORDER NUMBERS ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE.
1. HATTO & GIBSON LTD, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VISIT THE SITE BEFORE DISPATCH, TO VERIFY THAT THE PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET – WHERE THIS IS THE CASE , THE PURCHASE ORDER WILL BE MARKED AS SUCH
2. SUB-CONTRACTING ANY PART OF THE PURCHASE ORDER IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM HATTO & GIBSON LTD. ALL PURCHASE ORDERS ARE PLACED ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WILL BE EXECUTED BY SUITABLY EXPERIENCED AND COMPETENT PERSONNEL IN THE PROVISION OF THE PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS.
3. ALL GOODS / MATERIALS / SERVICES, ARE TO BE SUPPLIED UNDER AN APPROVED ; ISO9001 SYSTEM – WHERE THE SUPPLIER IS APPROVED.
4. ANY QUERIES / DISCREPENCYS / DELIVERY PROBLEMS; PLEASE CONTACT THE ORDER ORIGINATOR.
5. MONITORING OF SUPPLIERS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY HATTO & GIBSON LTD.
6. PART OF DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY.
7. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS REQUIRED CONFIRMATION DELIVERY DATE.
8. ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH PARTS SENT DOWN FROM HATTO AND GIBSON LTD, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL COME AND SEE YOU.
9. DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 0700 TO 1600 MON – THURS. 0700 TO 1200 ON FRIDAYS.
10. ANY PARTS DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE UPON RETURN FROM TREATMENT SPECIALISTS, AFTER OUR FINAL INSPECTION, MUST BE RE-DONE / REPLACED AT NO COST TO HATTO AND GIBSON LTD.
